Use the Forgot Password link on the login page when :

• You are signing in to the eTMF for the first time, have the URL for the environment, and have not been sent a link to set your password
• You are unable to remember your password

1. On the Login screen, click Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address and click Send. If the email address is valid, you will receive an email message with the subject “eTMF Forgot Password.”
3. Open the email and click on the link within the body of the email.
4. Enter your new password.
5. Enter the password a second time to confirm.
6. Click Submit.

You can now login with your new password.
